How to lose weight?
8:50:00 PMI've been trying to lose some weights before, and I manage to do it. Lost about 6 kg in 2 months. I took half meal than usual. Half rice (yes, i took carbo also) and more vege, chicken and other things. Not really ketegaq punya diet, but more to slowly reduce my food intake into half portion. Less teh tarik (sadly) and more air masak.
That's about diet. Then move to physical exercise. Everyday, I will do 100x of skipping without fail. Then I follow some of video tutorials in youtube. Andddd tadaaaaa, lost some weights and happily wear my jeans back hahaha. I'm not sure if these will help you girls... but it helps me !
