Plot

Jin-Seok (Kang Ha-Neul) moves into a new home with his older brother Yoo-Seok (Kim Moo-Yul), mother (Na Young-Hee) and father (Moon Sung-Geun). Jin-Seok suffers from hypersensitivity, but with medication he is able to live normally. One rainy evening, Jin-Seok sees his older brother being thrown into a van by a group of men. After 19 days of silence, Yoo-Seok returns home, but he doesn't remember anything from his disappearance. Jin-Seok though notices enough changes in his older brother's personality and behavior that he begins to suspect that the person who has returned is not Yoo-Seok. Meanwhile, Jin-Seok keeps hearing sounds from a locked room temporarily storing the previous home owner's belongings.

Plot

On his wedding anniversary, Han Chul-Min (Jang Hyuk) drives into his apartment complex parking lot and sees a large crowd gathered by the entryway into the apartment. Chul-Min enters his apartment holding a bouquet of flowers for his wife when he sees police officers scattered about collecting evidence. Chul-Min walks into his bedroom and sees a large pool of blood on the bed. The blood is fresh enough that it is still dripping onto the floor. A police officer handcuffs Chul-Min and takes him to the police station.

Jang Ho-Won (Sung Dong-Il), a broker for attorneys, brings the case of Han Chul-Min to attorney Kang Sung-Hee (Ha Jung-Woo). He informs the attorney that the alleged murder victim's body was never discovered, the police have yet to find any direct evidence connecting Chul-Min to the murder of his wife and his arrest is all based on circumstantial evidence. Kang Sun-Hee takes the case and applies in court for a jury trial.

Prosecutor Ahn Min-Ho (Park Hee-Soon) takes charge of the Han Chul-Min murder case. He has little doubt in the guilt of Chul-Min. Confirming his suspicions he discovers that Han Chul-Min was arrested as the prime suspect in a serial murder case, but later released on insufficient evidence.

Is Han Chul-Min a cold blooded killer or the victim of a coverup? Prosecutor Ahn Min-Ho and Attorney Jang Ho-Won step into court with the fate of Han Chul-Min hanging in the balance.

Plot

11:40 AM - During 4th period when all the students are in gym class, top student Jung-Hoon (Yoo Seung-Ho) walks into a classroom to find fellow classmate Tae-Gyu (Jo Sang-Keun) brutally murdered. Jung-Hoon and Tae-Gyu has had a history of disliking one another.

11:50 AM - Da-Jung (Kang So-Ra) walks into the same classroom and discovers Jung-Hoon with blood covering his clothes standing near the murdered body. Da-Jung is a mystery buff herself and loves to use her deductive reasoning. She realizes that Jung-Hoon is the prime suspect, but doesn't believe that he killed Tae-Gyu. There's only 40 minutes before next period, in which all the students will come into the classroom and also discover the dead body.

12:05 PM - Jung-Hoon and Da-Jung frantically search for the real killer before the next period starts. With Da-Jung using her deductive reasonings they get closer to finding the identity of the true killer. Jung-Hoon's best friend Do-Il (Kim Dong-Beom) then takes part in finding the killer. When the 40 minutes are almost up, they discover a shocking new fact to the case
