It has been a chaos day. GE and fever in a day. Burn one day class in a month of upcoming exam. 

Getting scold by someone, and jam my head on anatomy. What a DAY!

So here I am, not sleeping yet. Still memorizing structures passing the greater and lesser sciatic foramens. Why it is so complicated?

Sciatic Foramen

GREATER SCIATIC FORAMEN
LESSER SCIATIC FORAMEN
Boundaries

Above and lateral : Greater Sciatic Notch
Medially : Sacrotuberous Ligament
Inferiorly : Sacrospinous Ligament

Boundaries, it bound by

The lesser sciatic notch
The sacrotuberous and sacrospinous ligament

Structure Pass through Greater Sciatic Foramen :

(A) Piriformis Muscle

(B) Structures above Piriformis :
1.Superior Gluteal Vessels
2. Superior Gluteal Nerve

(C) Structures below Piriformis :
1. Inferior Gluteal artery
2. Inferior Gluteal Nerve
3. Nerve to Obturator Internus
4. Posterior Femoral Cutaneous Nerve of the Thigh
5. Internal Pudendal Artery
6. Pudendal Nerve
7. Nerve to Quadratus Femoris
8. Sciatic Nerve
Structure Pass through Lesser Sciatic Foramen :

(A)Tendons of Obturator Internus Muscle

(B)Nerve to Obturator Internus

(C)Internal Pudendal Vessels

(D)Pudendal Nerve
